Dean, I wouldn't worry about it too much; you almost definitely only received a 3-day ban, and it could not have been for one instance of team killing alone - that's only 10 ban points, it takes 20 points for a 3-day ban.

Unless of course you're referring to that specific ban point allocation and you didn't actually get banned from playing (yet). In either case, I was the one that assigned the points as I was the admin in gather #906942 and you were on the other team, so I couldn't see that you dropped him a gun and that it was accidental. To me it looked like the round was over and you were purposefully trying to kill your teammate, although your explanation seems quite reasonable. I'll try to get the HLTV demo from one of the managers so that I can verify your statement.

Dean, after reviewing the demo I've decided that it's of little importance that you accidentally shot that particular teammate in the head. It was your fault that you were shooting your other teammates (even during the round) purposefully, especially after the round ended.

I vote ban points stay for team killing. The gather ended 14-16 with your team losing; it's possible that had you not shot that particular teammate, you could have won.

After reviewing the demo, I've decided that the admin is right and the ban points stay. First of all, you didn't drop a gun the next round, but more importantly you were intentionally shooting a teammate prior to the teamkill. Ban points stay.
